Australian Immigration Changes Coming On 1 July, 2019 – Partner Visa Fee Increases

Just to update you all on the Australian immigration changes coming on 1 July, 2019, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) has just released that the increase will now be 7.7% not the original 5.4% as first thought.

This means partner visa application costs will increase from $7,160 to $7,715 under the new changes.

If you are contemplating lodging your Australian partner visa within the next few days, we highly suggest getting it in before Monday so that you don’t get any nasty surprises.

Once again to reiterate, fees will increase by 7.7% across the majority of visas due to the Australian immigration changes coming on 1 July, 2019. Partner visas WILL be affected and increase by this amount.
