The SkillSelect subclass 190 visa is a points-based permanent residence visa for skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian State or Territory Government.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Skilled Visas – Subclass 189, 190 and 491 Visas
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and the current migration and border restrictions, achieving permanent residence via the “skilled” pathway is virtually impossible unless you have an occupation on the critical skills list. We are continuing to monitor the situation extremely closely and will keep you informed once the pandemic restrictions on travelling to Australia are lifted or the occupation lists are updated. As such, we cannot provide you with a consultation unless you have a critical occupation.
Please Note: When things return for other occupations under Subclass 189, 190 and 491 visas, we will provide you with consultation options at that point! Please subscribe to our newsletter in order to receive our updates!
Eligible applicants must obtain a qualifying score of 65 in the skilled migration points test.
Applications for this visa are by invitation only following submission of a successful Expression of Interest (EOI).
Applicants can be in or outside Australia when they apply for the visa and when the visa is granted. ‘
