The subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment Provisional visa is a four-year temporary visa which has four streams:

The subclass 188 A Business Innovation stream

This stream is for people with business skills who want to establish, develop and manage a new or existing business in Australia

The subclass 188B Investor stream

This stream is for people with investment skills who want to make a significant investment in Australia and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.

The subclass 188SIV Significant Investor stream

This stream is for people who are willing to invest at least $5 million in complying investments in Australia and who want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.

The subclass 188PIV Premium Investor stream

This stream is for people who are willing to invest at least $15 million in complying investments in Australia and you want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.
