I'm unsure if you know this, but just before I found you guys in 2019, I joined a Facebook group called " Partner Visa Australia" (Surprise). It's a great page where people share stories and advice. some stories are pretty sad to be honest but one thing everyone does is share their success stories which gives people hope, encouragement and not to give up. When mine was granted, I also shared my story, it was complex and not so straight forward as you know from my previous years. So many people contacted me, I'm talking over a 100! I could write an endless report of praise for AHWC Immigration Law. They have been a godsend for me. I first used them for the process of a Partner visa. If you want to have no worries and everything dealt with for you, then the fees are well worth the money spent as one simple mistake can cost you dearly. Long story short with my process, partner visa was a breeze with AHWC but unfortunately my partner left me in a very bad situation nearing the PR stage. The team reassured me and gave me options to stay in the country with my current employer. The government then decided to scrap the existing 457 visas. Again the team were great and solved any issues promptly. A mistake from immigration ended in my visa being refused, Maggie went above and beyond to fight my corner. This was a stressful time but Maggie kept me up to date throughout. I can happily say I have now been granted the visa that was refused today, no doubt through all the hard work from the team and especially Maggie. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Where do we even begin? I first engaged AHWC Immigration Law, back in I think, 2014. My Irish partner and I were in an INCREDIBLY difficult situation and were running out of options. I began the hunt for a migration agent/lawyer and was turning up no luck. We couldn't feel comfortable with any of them or there were a bunch of hidden fees or it was too expensive.
