I used AHWC for my sponsorship visa, and most recently my permanent residency visa for myself and my partner. Alice in the Melbourne branch has been fantastic from start to finish, it is a very nerve wracking process given what is at stake and I couldn’t recommend them or Alice more. Alice was very transparent, professional and approachable from day1 and throughout the entire process. Our PR visa was granted really fast, which was amazing but before this we were at ease with the usual long haul processing time wait given our confidence in Alice’s capabilities. Alice was very responsive throughout the whole process, and explained things in layman’s terms. She was very thorough and I am someone who likes to ensure every detail is perfect, but when I missed something she was quick and clear to advise me on what else was needed for the application itself. All in all thank you to Alice and the AHWC team for the hard work and ensuring our time in Australia can now be indefinite!
